hrlogographicGreetings from Las Vegas!

On behalf of my immediate and extended family, I would like to sincerely thank the many, many people from the High Roller family and bowling industry everywhere for the incredible outpouring of well-wishes and condolences that we have received over the past month since the passing of my dad.

I only hope that you had a chance to know Norm, at least meet him, over the many years.

Ever bowl a megabuck? Ever bowl in a handicap club? How about a scratch marathon or if you ever received a bye during match play of your favorite tournament finals. Well, Norm had a good deal to do with that. One of the true innovators of bowling since the early 1960’s, many of the formats still used today, he developed, modified or corrected. Many players will always remember my dad when they draw for their lanes in a Las Vegas event!

This past July High Roller was the ony one that Norm ever missed. I thought I would miss it too, but my Mom insisted that I go, even just a week after Dad passed. I’m almost 58 and my Mom still tells me what to do! But that is where many of our friends were and I realized that she was right.

Norm, was still involved in our planning for 2009 High Roller events. We have some major changes coming for the February High Roller and ‘A Game’ and we are looking forward to giving you more games and more prize money. That is in answer to the top suggestions we have heard during the recent events.

As Norm would say, “WE HEAR YOU!” And, we do, and we will continue to strive to build the High Roller fields and bring you the best in bowling. We are very blessed to have Storm Bowling Products in our corner. Bill & Barbara Chrisman along with their hard-working and extremely knowledgeable staff turn our tournaments into events. They are always on site for your benefit so take advantage of their experience and tremendous equipment in every High Roller event!

Stay tuned for big changes in 2009, including the Senior Classics, and hope to see you soon!

Regards,
Brad Edelman,
President, High Roller, Inc.
